Ryan Lee was a former physical education teacher who became a fitness trainer. Later, as he developed his website and his web projects, he became fully entrepreneur on the web. This book, "The Millionaire Workout", is a good book that I have read and that focuses on two interesting topics: fitness and wealth creation through the web.

It is a 21 day plan for fitness and financial form. You go through one chapter a day and do the exercise program. There are treats and gems of information on both subjects.

The fitness routines are direct and fast. If you only do 20 to 30 minutes of walking or monotonous treadmill workouts, you will get a much better workout in this program. You will spend a maximum of 12 minutes, which includes brief rest periods. It is not long. The exercises are bodyweight exercises that become more and more difficult as you progress through the 21-day program. Personally, I have learned full body exercises such as lunges, burpees, squat presses, etc. which were more effective in speeding up and boosting your metabolism. It is a great way to start your exercise program. Currently, I have elevated my exercise program to more difficult and longer routines. But, you can learn a lot by going through the routines.

The stages of wealth creation are good. It gives you some ideas and shows how important it is to establish a specific niche on the web. You don't want to spread out on the web. In addition, there are useful tips on how to generate traffic, such as writing articles on the ezine, blogging, etc. Some of the advice may become obsolete because the web is dynamic and changes daily (even hourly). There are still some useful tips that you can apply to start your web business without putting a lot of money into it.

This book is a good introduction to help you get started in the right direction for your fitness and financial form. From time to time, I still do some of the bodyweight exercises. I always do articles in ezine articles. So, there is one more benefit I get from reading (and, more importantly, applying) the lessons from this book, "The Millionaire Workout". This is just a 21-day program that you start over to make sure that you absorb and apply the lessons on fitness and money. All in all, this is a good book to point you in the right direction.
